• the management of client engagements to configure and implement a COTS Care Management solution for health insurers
• a $250 million enterprise-level program for a health insurance company to replace the core processing systems for all business units (E.g. Enrollment, Billing, Claims) supporting 3 million members
• the prototype development of a business application using predictive analytics and propriety algorithms operating on disparate data sets designed to achieve revenue maximization in industries operating on a reservation/appointment model
• an Ad Hoc Reporting System for a number of mainframe applications. The beta version was delivered to the company's largest client within 12 weeks resulting in an additional $100,000 annual revenue stream per client for a major software and services firm
• the custom development of a $10 million Sales Management Workstation for over 1,000 sales managers to monitor and manage the sales efforts and results of 20,000 sales agents nationally. This software application was credited with increasing agent productivity nearly 10% and received significant industry awards and recognition
• the development and management of the Program Change Control Process and Artifact Traceability Exercise for the Project Management Office (PMO) within a large insurance company
• a beta version of a visually rich social-networking website catering to a group of related niche interests targeting a high net-worth clientele
